Finger weg von dieser unseriösen Firma. Telefonisch Termin für eine Besichtigung vereinbart, da der Herr im Auto war, habe ich ihm angeboten eine SMS mit meinen Daten und dem Termin zu schicken, was ich gleich nach dem Telefonat tat.
Am Tag des Termins, rufe ich an, wo er denn bleibt: „Sie haben mir nichts geschickt, kann sein, dass wir telefoniert haben und ich weiß es nicht mehr! Bin extra früher von der Arbeit gegangen, keine Entschuldigung für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten, nur eine freche Antwort! Auf die Bemerkung, dass ich mir dann eine andere Umzugsfirma suchen muss war die Antwort: "Dann suchen sie sich eine andere!"

Nachdem ich nun diese Bewertung ins Netz gestellt habe, kam postwendend der Anruf, dass sie mir gerne helfen. Der Herr kam dann noch am selben Abend vorbei um meine Möbel zu besichtigen. Die erste Schätzung ~ € 450 - € 500. Er versicherte mir, dass ich spätestens am nächsten Vormittag das schriftliche Angebot bekommen würde.
Der nächste Vormittag ging vorbei und ich bekam kein Angebot. Also rief ich erneut an & fragte wann ich denn nun das Angebot bekommen würde. 2 Stunden später bekam ich dann folgendes per Mail:
"Unser Angebot wäre für Ihren Auftrag 500€ all inklusive (exkl. MwSt./Umzugskartons) mit Umzugskartons 700€ Netto"
Das war das ganze Angebot, weder stand drauf, welche Möbel geführt werden, noch wie lange der Umzug dauert, wie viele Personen beschäftigt werden und wie viele Transporter kommen. Des Weiteren standen die Preise in NETTO. Da ich allerdings eine Privatperson bin, habe ich die Preise mit MwSt. zu entrichten. Ich schrieb daraufhin erneut der Firma und bat um ein ordentliches, schriftliches Angebot. Bis heute habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.
Ich kann nur nochmal sagen FINGER WEG, wenn ihr eine seriöse Firma beauftragen wollt!
